The science behind every session.

Next Stride Wellness sessions combine two technologies designed to support the body at the cellular level: PEMF and targeted red light therapy.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) works by sending gentle electromagnetic pulses into the body that help stimulate cellular activity. These pulses can help support the movement of ions across the cell membrane, which is important for normal cellular function. When cells function more efficiently, it can help support:
• circulation
• muscle relaxation
• recovery after exercise
• overall cellular health

Alongside PEMF, I use the MagnaWave ROC Red Light, a high-powered targeted red light device designed specifically for therapeutic use.

Unlike many large LED pads that spread low-level light across a wide area, the ROC delivers focused, higher-intensity red light directly to the area being worked on. This allows the light to interact with the mitochondria in cells, supporting ATP production and encouraging healthy cellular activity.

Whether your horse is an athlete preparing for competition or enjoying retirement, supporting the body at the cellular level can play an important role in maintaining comfort, mobility, and overall wellness.
